After many many hours spent on testing together with the very helpful Backerkit staff, we are super excited to announce, "Vol.2 BackerKit Surveys are out now!" 🎊 Soon you will receive an email titled "Enhanced BackerKit Survey" with a unique link to your BackerKit survey. So look out for our email. 📨 The survey helps us finalize your reward preferences as well as shipping details.
What is BackerKit? and Why?
BackerKit is a platform that allows crowdfunding campaign creators like us to control the campaign fulfillment process. Also, we'll be able to add the shipping costs to your pledge in the most proper way.
Make sure you are logged into the email you use for Kickstarter. Not sure of the email? Go to Kickstarter and check under the "Settings" menu here

How can I upgrade my reward to another reward?
You can upgrade your pledge level from inside the Backerkit survey in the second question. Check out the video we've posted above.

[PLEASE NOTICE] Your Credit Card won't be charged right now
Instead, it'll be charged later, not before April 2024. This approach ensures that all Backers have sufficient credit. You can confidently upgrade to your desired pledge and secure exclusive add-ons; the payment will occur much later. Sounds good, doesn't it?
Local Pickup? You're welcome!
You can retrieve your pledge in Italy, in Bologna, Rome and Modena. Be sure to select "Local Pickup" on the first screen when you are asked for your nationality.
FAQ's❓❗
When should I reply to the survey?
ASAP!⏰ The sooner you fill in the survey, the sooner we will know how many items and add-ons we will ship, and where to. The information will help us quickly organize the production process.
When you will charge our credit cards for upgrades, add-ons and shipping costs?
Credit Card will be charged in 2024 (not before April 2024) especially to make sure that all Backers can have enough credit. We know how expensive it can be to buy Christmas gifts, so you can safely upgrade to your pledge and add-ons, you will pay much later :-)
Can I choose the language of the book?
Of course! During the survey it will be asked to you to choose between English and Italiano.
I'm a digital backer, do I need to fill in the shipping page?
If at the end of your survey you have in your cart only digital product, just insert "N/A" in all fields to be filled in.
How about Shipping costs?
For Vol.1, we have successfully shipped all 1200 rewards using DHL Express (48 hours), ensuring 100% delivery to all destinations. Each backer will receive a personal tracking code to monitor the location of their package. We understand that these shipping costs may appear high, but we are committed to delivering high-quality products with a high-quality delivery service.
We will ship your book using the top shipping company, using a 48/72 hour worldwide tracking service. We're happy to announce we were able to maintain the shipping prices stated during the campaign, although costs have since increased
I want to change my shipping address. Can I do that?
Sure you can. You can make changes to the shipping address at any time before we close the surveys. Once locked, you'll not be able to make any changes.

Once received, the survey will allow you to finalize your pledge and, most importantly, confirm your shipping address. Of course you will be able to UPGRADE your pledge, if you want! In order to speed up things, we ask you to answer the survey as soon as you receive it, so please check daily your email and the campaign's updates in the next few days. We know that some of you have been dropped by Kickstarter due to payment failure (whatever the reason) but don't worry, the survey will be an opportunity for you to fix that.

We're endlessly grateful for your love and support! Thrilled to share, we've raised over $56,000/€51,000 from 1230 of our incredible backers. As three dreamers, your tremendous support has helped us exceed our previous campaign results by over 20%. It's truly remarkable and awe-inspiring!
Now What’s Next?
We know some of you are very experienced with Kickstarter, but we are also aware we have many first-time backers with us, and we would like to let you know the next 3 steps of the process.
1. PAYMENTS
Kickstarter will now process your payment. This can take up to 10-14 days for the payments to be processed. We don't have any control over this process as it will be in the hands of the Kickstarter platform. So please be patient!
FAQ: What happens if my payment failed?
Kickstarter will send you instructions on what to do and attempt to process your pledge using the credit card you provided. We understand that some of you may have encountered issues, so Kickstarter will make another attempt in the coming days. Often, the problem relates to 'two-factor authorization.' Please pay closer attention to your bank's messages in the upcoming days. Additionally, this might occur if your card has expired or if the payment has been flagged as fraudulent (which happens quite frequently). Here are some possible solutions:
Ensure that you are logged into your Kickstarter account.
If you're experiencing issues with the first card, try using a different one.
Contact your bank to resolve any card-related issues (sometimes, you simply need to authorize the payment).
Follow the steps Kickstarter advises, and they will re-charge your card in a few days. If the problem persist, email [email protected]. If it that doesn't work, message us at [email protected], will try to help and fix.
2. PLEDGE MANAGER/BACKERKIT
In the next month or so, we will email you a link to our Pledge Manager and instructions on how to use the Pledge Manager. Don't worry...is easy!
It will be on website where you will be able to login and manage your pledge to ENHANCED. This will allow you to:
Enter your shipping address + phone number + additional info (languages, etc...)
UPGRADE your Pledge/Add additional items, including multiple copies of the book and add-ons, to your reward.
Pay the remaining balance (shipping costs + upgrades)
3. WORKING HARD ON ENHANCED VOL.2/JOIN OUR FB GROUP
From today, we will work hard to make ENHANCED as badass as possible. We have to refine the script, design and color the extra chapters unlocked through stretch goals, supervise and control it all. As usual, most of this process will be shared within our Private CyberClub on Facebook. If you are not yet part of it, you are welcome to JOIN!
